Job summary

The Minnesota Daily is seeking student writers in Minneapolis to contribute opinion columns. Writers are paid per piece, with no guaranteed minimum, and must produce 700–1000 words weekly, framing news within a broader context.

Candidates should be Minnesota students with excellent writing skills and a strong interest in opinion writing, able to work under strict deadlines, and familiar with the Twin Cities campus. No journalism degree required; applications welcome from all majors.
