Signworld affiliate in Columbus is seeking a Professional Project Manager to lead client engagements from initial consultation through installation. You will coordinate design, production, and installation teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality results.

The ideal candidate lives in the Columbus MSA and brings sign-industry expertise, strong communication, and leadership skills. Compensation ranges from $60,320 to $80,080 per year with Health Insurance, PTO, and advancement

Qualifications

• Experience in sign manufacturing or a closely related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM or similar credential is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client & Project Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact and manage projects from consultation through installation, setting clear expectations and maintaining communication.
• Planning & Coordination: Build and manage schedules, budgets, resources, site surveys, permits, kickoffs, and progress meetings with designers, production staff, fabricators, installers, vendors, and contractors.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Track costs, protect margins, and manage supplier and contractor performance to deliver cost-effective results.
• Quality & Risk Management: Review deliverables from design proof through installation, uphold quality and brand standards, and resolve risks.
