Job summary

American Sign Studio, a fast-growing sign design and installation company in Columbus, is hiring an Entry-Level Project Manager to learn the lifecycle from client consultation to installation.

You will work directly with ownership and a mentor to develop skills, with no prior PM experience required. This is an in-person role requiring a 4-year degree and residency in the Columbus MSA. Join a team focused on craft, branding, and growth opportunities, with training and a path to project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client communication, scheduling, and project updates
• Help create estimates & invoices
• Learn the entire project lifecycle from initial client consultation to installation.
• Help coordinate designers, production staff, installers, and vendors
• Support site surveys, permitting, documentation, and quality checks
• Help projects to be completed on time, on budget & to the highest quality standards
• Track project timelines, materials, and progress
• Learn how signage is designed, fabricated, and installed
• Become part of delivering high‑quality branding experiences for our clients
