Job summary

American Sign Studio in Columbus, OH is seeking an entry-level Project Manager who will learn the full project lifecycle from client consultation to installation. You will work directly with ownership and an experienced PM who will mentor you to develop essential skills. No previous PM experience is required.

This in-person role requires a four-year college degree and residence in the Columbus MSA. You will coordinate teams, track timelines, and help ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery

Qualifications

• No prior project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• In‑person role with mentorship from an experienced PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client communication, scheduling, and project updates.
• Help create estimates and invoices.
• Learn the entire project lifecycle from initial client consultation to installation.
• Coordinate designers, production staff, installers, and vendors.
• Support site surveys, permitting, documentation, and quality checks.
• Help projects be completed on time, on budget and to high quality standards.
• Track project timelines, materials, and progress.
• Learn how signage is designed, fabricated, and installed.
• Deliver high‑quality branding experiences for clients.
