Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Signage Project Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams, manage schedules and budgets, and act as the main client contact to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in signage or related industries, solid knowledge of fabrication methods, and top communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management within signage, construction, or printing industries.
• Strong knowledge of sign fabrication methods, materials, and installation practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of sign projects, from estimating and approvals to production, delivery, and installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review artwork, permits, and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation departments to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.
• Track and communicate project progress, changes, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and closeout reports.
