Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in IT/PM/Account Management or related fields.
• Proven growth in partnerships and multi‑team delivery.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, and modern tracking tool usage (Jira, Trello, SharePoint).
• Excel-based budgeting, KPI tracking, and margin analysis proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Columbus, OH based, onsite with client.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery operations and drive revenue growth across accounts.
• Partner with client executives to expand the partnership year over year.
• Manage opportunity lifecycle including discovery, quotes, scope, and margins.
• Build trusted relationships across multi‑disciplinary client teams.
• Direct and coordinate large onsite delivery teams across workstreams.
• Define and implement Agile processes and KPIs for successful releases.
• Oversee project budgets up to multi‑million dollars and mitigate risks.
• Create dashboard reporting and margin analysis for leadership.
