Job summary

ImagineX in Columbus, OH, is seeking a proactive Technology Program Leader to run our DevOps and SRE practice for a client. You will directly manage a hands-on team while partnering with the Lead Technical Architect to drive operational excellence, automation, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in technical program or delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent communication with executive sponsors and engineering teams.
• Self-starter able to drive improvements in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of DevOps and SRE engineers, aligning delivery with client goals.
• Bridge executive leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Oversee infrastructure modernization, CI/CD optimization, and incident response.
• Identify delivery risks and process bottlenecks to prevent issues.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership for service delivery.
