Job summary

Slalom is seeking an accomplished delivery leader to drive end-to-end programs for diverse client engagements in the Columbus area. You’ll optimize structures, manage risk, coach teams, and ensure outcomes that align with client objectives and strategic goals.

You will partner with executives and account teams to shape solutions, estimate scope, and plan delivery, while advancing Agile practices and modern delivery techniques.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs and client engagements.
• Proven success delivering enterprise technology transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client programs and portfolios across industries, ensuring outcomes align with objectives and measurable business results.
• Own end-to-end program delivery: scope, planning, governance, resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation.
• Establish and lead Agile delivery practices, promoting accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors; influence decisions.
• Oversee multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams; manage dependencies and issue resolution to maintain delivery health.
• Support business growth with solution shaping, RFP responses, SOW development, and delivery planning.
• Apply delivery best practices and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, reporting and decision-making.
• Coach and mentor delivery professionals to foster career growth and high-performing teams.
