Job summary
ImagineX Consulting in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to drive CI/CD, observability, and high‑performing software delivery across complex enterprise solutions.
You will lead DevOps and SRE teams, scale delivery, and bridge technical execution with executive stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence across software, data, and AI initiatives for clients.
This role is onsite five days a week and open to US citizens or permanent residents; visa sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on engineering in software, DevOps, or SRE with leadership in technical programs.
- Proven ability to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and coding practices.
- Deep knowledge of modern observability stacks and metrics-driven monitoring.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and people leadership across technical teams.
- Self-starter able to drive improvements in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Direct management of DevOps and SRE engineers and career development.
- Oversee architecture and setup of robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Champion observability, monitoring, and reliability frameworks for high availability.
- Act as primary technical liaison between client leadership and delivery teams.
- Identify delivery risks and drive continuous improvement across software, data, and AI.
