Job summary

ImagineX is seeking a Delivery & Account Leader to anchor our Columbus, OH engagement onsite. This executive role blends delivery operations excellence with technical project leadership and consultative client growth.

You will embed directly with the client to oversee large cross-functional teams, drive on-site execution, and uncover opportunities to expand the partnership footprint. The role offers autonomy to own a premier account's destiny and requires five days a week onsite in Columbus.

Qualifications

8–10+ years blended experience in IT Business Analysis, PM/Program Management, and Account Management.
Proven growth: doubling client partnerships and managing large multi-team accounts.
Deep mastery of Agile principles, Scrum, and modern tracking tools (Jira, Trello, SharePoint).
Excel proficiency for tracking velocity, KPIs, budgets, and margins.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Based in Columbus, Ohio for full-time onsite immersion.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale onsite teams across client workstreams.
Define agile project strategy; act as Scrum Master, PM, or Product Owner; set KPIs/velocity.
Oversee budgets up to $3M+; manage timelines, scope, resources, and risk.
Build dashboards and margin analysis tools for leadership visibility.
