Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, seeks a Part-Time Contact Center Associate I for our Columbus, Ohio location.

You will deliver excellent customer service to sales reps, customers, and internal staff, following scripts and quality standards while handling high call volumes and multitasking. This onsite role requires a 90-day orientation period and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff.
• Adhere to scripts, policies, and quality standards.
• Handle high call volume and multitask efficiently.
• Enter phone orders and support special-order entry projects.
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages the same day.
