Ohio's Hospice is seeking an RN/LPN for Extended Hours in Columbus, OH. This full-time, night-shift role serves patients across the Columbus area with three 12-hour shifts per week and every-other weekend. Travel and driving are required to provide timely, compassionate hospice care.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, deliver interventions, document findings, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, dignified end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Ohio RN or LPN license without board actions.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel and drive safely during nighttime hours and in varying weather conditions.
• State-required minimum automobile insurance coverage.
• Computer skills sufficient to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.
