Ohio's Hospice, Inc. is seeking an RN or LPN to join our Extended Hours team in Columbus. This full-time, night-shift role provides direct patient care to hospice patients in the Columbus area, with three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, document care, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care. Requirements include an Ohio RN or LPN license, CPR, a valid driver's license, and the

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Ohio RN or LPN license without board actions.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel and drive safely during nighttime hours.
• State-required minimum automobile insurance coverage.
• Computer skills sufficient to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.
• Preferred BSN and CHPN certification.
