Ohio's Hospice, Inc. in Wooster, OH is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN for evening and overnight care.

This role requires a 12-hour shift between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM, with potential travel to Millersburg and New Philadelphia, providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care, support families, and participate in Hospice certification and ongoing education opportunities.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ASN required, BSN preferred.
• Active Ohio RN or LPN license without board actions.
• Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred; required within two years of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to travel between Wooster, Millersburg, and New Philadelphia locations.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
