Job summary

Paragon Technologies, Inc. seeks a driven salesperson to develop new business and manage relationships within a Columbus, GA territory. This home-based role covers Columbus and surrounding areas with on-site client visits and potential overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree in an industrial discipline preferred.
• 2+ years industrial B2B sales experience; preference for repair services in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
• Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment for mobile/industrial machinery is a plus.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan with management to grow new customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Full cycle prospecting: leads qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations.
• Make in-person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support to meet goals.
• Use CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
