United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead East Columbus Surgery Center, focusing on operational excellence, fiscal performance, and physician relations.

The Administrator will oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives while partnering with physicians, staff, and the Home Office to ensure sustainable performance in a dynamic ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of senior administrative or healthcare management experience.
• Experience with budgeting and achieving financial goals in a healthcare leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ASC/center operations including admin, clinical support and business functions.
• Act as liaison between governing boards, medical staff and home office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, staffing and capital plans.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, performance management and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in performance reviews and facility reporting.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and improvements.
