Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a highly skilled Install Manager to oversee the post-sale to final installation process and manage customer experience and vendor relationships in the Pittsburgh market.

The role requires leading multiple crews across a portfolio of projects, ensuring safety, compliance and high service standards while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high level Construction Management experience.
• Extensive exterior home improvement experience.
• Experience overseeing teams of Project Managers.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Manage multiple crews, people and projects simultaneously.
• Communicate the agreement with customers and negotiate terms as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain necessary permits.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in staging products for delivery.
• Travel between Pittsburgh-area job sites and maintain company standards.
