Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a full-time Contact Center Associate I for our Columbus, Ohio location. You will deliver excellent customer service to sales reps, customers, and internal staff while following scripts and policies.

This onsite role requires strong communication, multitasking, and accurate order-entry capabilities. You will respond promptly to voicemails and emails and support time-tracking and call-tracking

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, AX, Excel).
• Strong professional communication with management, sales reps, customers, and co-workers.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Must work onsite in Columbus, OH.
• 90-day orientation period completed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff.
• Adhere to scripts, policies and quality standards.
• Handle high call volume and multitask effectively.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Enter phone orders and support special-order entries as directed by management.
• Perform monthly call tracking and quarterly time tracking.
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages the same day during working hours.
