Qualifications

• 4 years banking/financial services experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience in a branch or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth through business development, member relationships, and partnerships.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping for compliant coverage.
• Ensure a professional, secure, and compliant branch environment.
• Coach employees, manage performance, and drive sales results.
• Represent CPCU at community events and through referrals.
