Job summary
MBC Talent Connections seeks a Colorado Water Resources Engineering Leader to lead and grow a Colorado water rights engineering practice in an employee-owned firm. You will be the senior technical voice on water rights and water supply, guiding strategy on Colorado projects and building client relationships to expand the firm's presence in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
You will also collaborate with teams on the firm's national platform, reporting to the Regional Director.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years as a water resources engineer in Colorado.
- Expert testimony experience preferred.
- Professional registration desirable (or 12+ years of demonstrated experience where registration isn't available for your degree).
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Geology, Earth Sciences or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a Colorado water rights engineering practice.
- Serve as the senior technical voice on water rights and water supply.
- Guide strategy on Colorado projects and build client relationships across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
- Collaborate with teams on the firm's national platform and report to the Regional Director.
