Job summary

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. seeks a Colorado Water Resource Engineering Leader to guide water rights engineering efforts and manage projects across the Colorado and Rocky Mountain regions.

You will lead technical delivery, build client relationships, and grow the firm’s presence through strategic planning, competitive pursuits, and high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience, with 8+ years as water resource engineer in Colorado.
• Knowledge of Colorado water rights frameworks and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Colorado water rights engineering and related water resources services.
• Grow a book of business for water resource engineering in Colorado and Rocky Mountain markets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and lead competitive pursuits with marketing collaboration.
• Lead a team of professionals to execute the pipeline of work and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Prepare technical memorandums, water supply assessments, and related reports.
