Job summary

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. is seeking a Colorado Water Resource Engineering Leader to lead water resources projects with a focus on Colorado water rights engineering.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client development, and national collaboration. You will grow a book of business in the Colorado and Rocky Mountain markets, manage a professional team, and ensure high-quality deliverables with timely results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, with 8+ years in Colorado as a water resources engineer.
• Master's degree and Professional Registration desirable.
• Technical knowledge in surface water modeling, water balance modeling, planning, data management and visualization.
• Knowledge of Colorado water rights frameworks and administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Colorado water rights engineering and related water resources services.
• Grow a book of business in the Colorado and Rocky Mountain markets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and lead competitive pursuits.
• Manage a team to execute the pipeline of work and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and expert analyses; present to broad audiences.
