Job summary

Inman InterWest, a family‑owned manufacturers’ representative serving Colorado since 1991, is seeking a Territory Account Manager to grow an established Colorado territory. You’ll represent multiple respected manufacturers, develop strategic relationships, and help customers succeed with long‑term partnerships.

This outside sales role emphasizes relationship building over one‑time deals. Experience in irrigation is helpful but not required, and candidates from related B2B sectors are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and building long-term customer relationships.
• Background in B2B sales and territory management is beneficial.
• Irrigation knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with wholesale distributors and their sales teams
• Call on contractors, municipalities, engineers, and landscape professionals
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational training
• Work alongside distributor salespeople on customer visits
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Become the technical expert for the manufacturers you represent
• Support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Provide market feedback to the manufacturers you represent
• Manage your territory independently while delivering exceptional customer service
