Job summary

Alliance Door Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Colorado. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our door products with integrity and professionalism.

You will lead sales and marketing activities within the assigned region, travel within the territory, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. A background in millwork/building materials and proficiency with CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of territory development and management experience.
• Familiarity with the millwork or building industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing activities to grow profitability within the assigned region.
• Deliver excellent customer service and sales support in line with company policies.
• Travel regularly within the prescribed territory and maintain CRM records.
• Be the product and service expert, supporting distributors and customers.
• Develop and execute territory marketing programs and promotions.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and sales projections.
