Job summary

Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Denver to lead strategic client partnerships and drive growth for mid-to-large commercial clients. You will deliver tailored financial solutions, work with internal teams, and expand the bank's presence in the Rocky Mountain region.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative professional with strong credit judgment, outstanding communication, and deep knowledge of commercial lending and treasury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Broad knowledge of lending, financial strategy, and client development
• Proven ability to source, develop, and close commercial banking relationships
• Experience managing commercial relationships with annual revenues from $10MM to $100MM+
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, treasury management, and related lending practices

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end corporate customer needs and provide financial counseling and complex loan structuring
• Cross-sell products and design value-driven banking solutions across services
• Develop new relationships internally and externally
• Approve loan packages within limits and monitor credit quality
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Build and nurture a network of centers of influence to generate opportunities
• Serve as primary relationship manager for middle-market/commercial clients
• Collaborate with Treasury, Private Banking, SBA, and other teams to deepen client relationships
