Job summary

Sutton | Booker | P.C. is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal in Colorado to manage and move complex matters forward from initial investigation through discovery, settlement, trial, and appeals.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a law office or litigation environment. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and courts to keep cases on track and prepared for all stages.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in a law office or litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and litigation support.
• Review newly assigned cases and gather information for discovery.
• Assist with litigation filings, client reporting, and case updates.
• Coordinate with experts and assist in mediation reports and settlement documents.
• Prepare cases for pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
• Support attorneys and keep cases moving efficiently.
