The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience and strong organizational skills, plus experience with subpoenas, discovery, and document review. Flexible work environment and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Experience handling subpoenas and discovery responses.
• Experience analyzing records for redaction.
• Advanced computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze documentary evidence including construction documents, medical records, reports, depositions, discovery, claims files, and other documents.
• Prepare and manage tracking and disposition of subpoenas and records requests.
• Prepare chronologies and summaries as requested.
• Conduct research and investigation of witnesses and experts.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Monitor files and identify next steps with attorneys.
• Assist attorneys with trial prep: exhibits, notebooks, demonstratives.
• Collaborate with associates and partners on cases.
