Job summary

Benchmark Education Company LLC seeks a results-driven sales professional to develop and execute plans in the Colorado territory. You will identify opportunities, respond to customer needs, and build relationships with Colorado school customers.

Proficiency with CRM, quotes, and proposals is essential. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Education or English and 3–5 years in high-volume sales, with strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English or related field.
3–5 years of sales experience in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals for the Colorado territory within budget.
Develop strategic plans to identify opportunities for supplemental, core, and PD sales.
Use CRM to track opportunities, contacts, wins, and losses.
Generate quotes and support proposals including RFP reviews.
Attend exhibits, presentations, and follow up on leads.
