Benchmark Education Company is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for the Colorado territory. You will use CRM to manage opportunities, develop strategic plans, and win new business for print and digital literacy resources.

The role requires 3–5 years in high-volume sales, a Bachelor’s in Education or related field, exceptional communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Colorado residency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a high-volume, fast-paced company.
• Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
• Must reside in Colorado.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or surpass sales goals for territory within expense guidelines.
• Develop strategic plans to identify opportunities for supplemental, core, and PD sales.
• Manage the territory using CRM to track opportunities, contacts, wins, and losses.
• Generate quotes and provide support for proposals and RFPs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, both print and digital, in various settings.
• Attend selected local, national and regional exhibits as requested.
• Follow up on leads from ads, exhibits, and conferences.
• Provide sales, sampling, and inventory forecasts as requested by leadership.
• Coordinate product training with customers and staff when appropriate.
