Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Area Delivery Supervisor to lead delivery operations across three locations in Colorado. Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will drive cost targets, improve customer service, safety, and efficiency while building strong employee relations and guiding change.

You will supervise Delivery District Leaders and Drivers, coordinate with GTM, Sales, and Warehouse, and monitor key metrics like ADAS, DOT compliance, and direct labor cost per case to meet AOP commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years in delivery/logistics/transport, preferably in CPG with DSD.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision ability.
• Progressive leadership in safety and DOT compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to lead a team and drive change with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery District Leaders and Drivers to meet delivery and safety objectives.
• Build partnerships with customers to improve service and satisfaction.
• Deliver volume and revenue while managing costs.
• Track KPIs such as ADAS, haul backs, manifest compliance, OT hours, and direct labor cost per case.
• Direct and support delivery activities within Colorado to meet AOP commitments.
• Identify improvements to deliver cost objectives and performance standards.
