Job summary

PepsiCo in Colorado seeks an Area Delivery Supervisor to lead delivery operations across three locations, driving cost targets, safety, and customer service improvements. You will manage two Delivery District Leads and support two Territory Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–6 years of delivery, logistics and/or transportation experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership in safety and DOT compliance.
• Ability to influence, communicate and gain buy-in at all levels.
• Proven change agent with urgency to drive business results.
• Willingness to work early mornings and some weekends.
• Must lift 55 lbs. periodically and be travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Delivery District Leaders and Drivers across logistics, distribution and customer service.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers and drive satisfaction through service.
• Ensure volume and revenue while managing costs.
• Drive KPIs: ADAS, Haul backs, Manifest Compliance, OT hours, direct labor cost per case, DOT Compliance.
• Direct and support delivery activities to meet operating and AOP commitments.
• Identify operational improvements to meet cost objectives and performance.
• Assess personnel capabilities and resource alignment for objectives.
• Develop solutions for day-to-day issues to hit short and long-term goals.
• Set clear expectations and build capability through training and coaching.
• Support GTM escalations to resolve service issues and meet locations' expectations.
