Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in the United States (Colorado Springs area) seeks an Area Delivery Supervisor to lead delivery operations across three Colorado locations. You will drive efficiency, safety and capability while managing a team of district leads and territory managers.

The role reports to the Delivery Director and partners with GTM, Sales and Warehouse to meet delivery performance indicators and achieve cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or similar field) or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of delivery, logistics and/or transportation experience, preferably within the CPG industry in a DSD environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Progressive leadership in safety & DOT compliance.
• Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Delivery District Leaders and Drivers across logistics, distribution and customer service.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers and drive satisfaction through service and execution.
• Manage costs while delivering volume and revenue targets.
• Track KPIs such as ADAS, Haul backs, Manifest Compliance, OT hours and direct labor cost per case.
