PepsiCo is seeking an Area Delivery Supervisor to lead delivery operations across three Colorado locations, overseeing District Leads, frontline Drivers, and Territory Sales Managers. You will collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Warehouse to meet ADAS, DOT, and cost targets while driving safety and capability improvements.

You will champion cross-functional communication, coach frontline teams, and manage performance in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of delivery/logistics/transportation experience, preferably in CPG DSD.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Progressive leadership in safety & DOT compliance.
• Strong influence and communication skills for level-wide buy-in.
• Leadership to coach, mentor and drive team decisions.
• Change agent with urgency to move business forward.
• Team player with internal/external relationship building.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and some weekends.
• Willing to travel within defined geography.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Delivery District Leaders and Drivers across logistics, distribution and customer service.
• Build and maintain partnerships with customers to drive satisfaction.
• Manage cost while delivering volume and revenue results.
• Drive KPIs (ADAS, Haul backs, Manifest Compliance, OT hours, labor cost, DOT Compliance).
• Direct and support delivery activities to meet operating and AOP commitments.
• Identify operational improvements to meet cost objectives and performance.
• Evaluate personnel capabilities and resource alignment to objectives.
• Address day-to-day issues with strategic solutions for short/long-term goals.
• Set clear performance expectations and develop frontline staff.
