Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of industrial lab experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong math and data recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate and maintain product configuration and database development work, including letdown samples and colorant curves.
• Demonstrate an understanding of color science principles.
• Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information.
• Interact with Marketing, Product Development labs, and support groups to drive projects.
• Independently outline and perform tasks to meet project objectives with limited supervision.
• Develop technical and business knowledge regarding color for paint products.
• Maintain safe operating procedures and lab safety rules.
• Resolve product/process issues in a timely manner.
