IP Corporation is seeking a Tinter to join our on-site team in Hickory, NC. You will add and adjust colorants to production batches, match colors to specifications, and maintain color accuracy across manufacturing runs.

Responsibilities

• Add and adjust colorants to production batches based on formulas and specifications.
• Match product colors to customer or standard color requirements.
• Perform color checks and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
• Maintain accurate records of color formulations and adjustments.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure consistency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Handle and store colorants and related materials properly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
• Troubleshoot color-related issues and inconsistencies.
• Support continuous improvement in tinting processes.
