Job summary

IP Corporation is seeking a Tinter to join our on-site team in Hickory, NC. You will add and adjust colorants to production batches, match colors to specifications, and maintain color accuracy across manufacturing runs.

What is a Tinter?

The Tinter is responsible for adding and adjusting colorants to products to achieve precise color specifications. This role works with formulations, color standards, and production batches to ensure consistency and quality in finished products. The position plays a critical role in maintaining color accuracy, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring product quality across production.
