Job summary

Teknor Apex invites a QC Lab Technician to join the 1st shift. You will perform standardized tests on raw materials and in-process samples, adjusting batch colors to specification and documenting results.

The role emphasizes gage R&R studies, trend analysis of numerical data, and clear coordination with the shift supervisor. You're expected to have an associate degree in science or 1–3 years color experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in science or 1–3 years color experience or equivalent blend.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills are required.
• Clear written and verbal communication with team and supervisor.
• Experience with color analysis and adjustment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized tests on raw materials and in-process samples and record results.
• Apply procedures to make batch adjustments and verify outcomes against targets.
• Complete gage R&R studies and other lab tasks to support quality systems.
• Analyze complex numerical datasets and identify trends to adjust color accordingly.
• Utilize Windows-based tools and QC software to manage data and communication.
