Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Paint Mixer/Tinter for a full-time shift in the United States. The role involves preparing tint equipment, loading bases, and following computer-based formulas to produce exact paint colors.

You will verify accuracy, wrap pallets, print BOL, and move completed orders to the shipment area. The position requires color vision, safety commitment, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to see color and notice minor color differences.
• Excellent attendance relevant to production timeliness.
• Commitment to safety and wearing safety glasses while tinting.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Must be on your feet and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tint equipment and load bases from the warehouse.
• Follow formulas in the computer to tint orders to exact colors.
• Verify color matches after tinting and wrap pallets for shipment.
• Print out BOL and complete shipment paperwork.
• Transport finished pallets to the designated配送 area for shipping.
