ARC Document Solutions RIOT is seeking a Color Print Production Operator in Seattle to contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven print environment. You will manage orders, operate color printers, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associates degree in Graphic/Production Design or 2+ years' color reprographics experience with design/file editing software.
• Experience with design and file/print editing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming orders based on customer needs, workload, media, finishing, bindery, and machine capabilities.
• Estimate time and media requirements and inform the production manager/client of unfulfillable requests; suggest alternatives.
• Receive, process, and modify client files to print per specifications.
• Make recommendations on media, substrate, bindery, and finishing options.
• Operate and maintain printers, scanners, bindery, and finishing equipment.
• Maintain inventory of media, substrate, ink/toner, and bindery supplies.
• QC printed and finished materials against quality standards.
• Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.
• Organize workspace to enhance productivity; work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Assist other departments and answer customer calls as needed.
