Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Full-time Print Production Operator in a hands-on role handling small and large-format black and white printers. The ideal candidate has experience with large-format digital printing and can manage pre-press, printing, cutting, finishing, and installation.

Responsibilities include processing orders from multiple channels, binding and laminating, troubleshooting, and ensuring print quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in large-format production.
• Able to read a standard tape measure.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Experience with binding, laminating, and finishing duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prioritize orders based on customer needs and machine capability.
• Process PDF and graphics files received by email, delivery, or walk-in.
• Troubleshoot problems during job submission or printing.
• Inspect finished work for sharpness, density, position, and sizes.
• Perform minor maintenance such as cleaning and replacing consumables.
• Provide customer service to maintain accounts and company image.
• Load and unload print materials and keep a clean, safe environment.
