O’Reilly Auto Parts in Cameron, MO seeks a PBE Sales Specialist to build strong relationships with both retail and professional customers. You will provide color matching expertise, advise on paint products, and mix custom OEM colors according to specs.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to reach PBE sales goals while maintaining a clean, safe mixing area. Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged, with bilingual candidates prioritized.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with PBE customers (retail & professional)
• Offer color matching expertise and paint product advice
• Identify OEM paint codes, enter formulas, mix and tint per specifications
• Maintain mixing room, scales, machines and paint counter in a clean, safe environment
• Manage all PBE inventory and coordinate with Store Manager on stock
• Implement weekly call schedule and submit monthly summary
• Coordinate with Delivery Specialists for efficient service
• Promote company customer service programs and related selling
• Gather proper information for labor claims or PBE warranty
• Train other team members in PBE sales and technical questions
• Maintain relationships with PBE contracted customers and report status
• Keep up with EPA & OSHA regulations and PBE product/news
• Promote PBE sales tools to customers
• Ensure correct pricing for PBE professional customers
• Greet walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection
• Complete FastTrack training modules
• Process payments and returns per policies
• Handle customer complaints per procedures
• Assist with store image maker and planogram updates
• Perform clerical work and assist with stock adjustments
