O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a PBE Customer Sales Specialist to build relationships with PBE customers, provide color-matching expertise, and assist with product selection to drive profitable sales growth.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will work with the store team to meet PBE sales goals, maintain the mixing room, and ensure excellent service and compliance with EPA & OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with PBE customers (retail & professional) to drive sales.
• Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice.
• Identify OEM paint codes, enter formulas, and mix paints per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain mixing room, equipment, and paint counter in a safe, clean environment.
• Manage PBE inventory, perform monthly cycle counts, and assist with stock updates.
• Coordinate deliveries with Service Specialists to ensure timely service.
• Follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist with PBE sales and technical questions.
• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
