Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a PBE specialist to build strong relationships with retail and professional customers, provide color matching expertise, and assist with color formulas and OEM color codes.

You will work with Store Manager to set PBE sales goals, manage PBE inventory, and promote the company’s customer service programs while ensuring compliance and safety in the work area.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and codes.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with PBE customers (retail & professional).
• Offer color matching expertise and paint product advice.
• Identify OEM paint codes, enter formulas, mix and tint per specs.
• Maintain mixing room, scales, machines, and paint counter for a safe environment.
• Manage PBE inventory, stock checks, cycle counts, and product updates.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on pricing and new products.
