Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with retail and professional PBE customers.
• Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice.
• Identify OEM paint codes, enter formulas, and tint paint per specifications.
• Maintain mixing room, scales and equipment; keep a clean, safe environment.
• Manage PBE inventory; cycle counts and collaborate with the Store Manager on stock.
• Coordinate delivery and service routes with other teams to ensure efficiency.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling initiatives.
• Assist with labor claims, warranty information, and PBE contracts as needed.
• Train other team members in PBE sales and technical questions.
