Job summary

Redlandschool in Oregon City is seeking a coach for the OCHS Color Guard/Flag Team beginning in the 2026-27 season. The coach will model high ethical standards, work under district guidelines, and establish rapport with players while teaching fundamentals and strategy for the color guard program.

The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of the high school Color Guard/Flag Team, coordinate with the athletic department, and communicate with administration, staff, parents and student

• Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Will coach individual participants in the skills necessary for excellent achievement in the sport involved.

• Coach the OCHS Color Guard/Flag Team and oversee all aspects of the program.

The individual accepting this position will coachthe OCHS Color Guard/Flag Team beginning in the 2026-27 season. This coach will possess high ethical and moral standards and be able to work under the guidelines and policies set forth by the Oregon City School District, High School and Athletic Department. They should be an excellent role model for high school student/athletes, establish rapport with players, teach the fundamentals and strategy offlag team and be supportive of all Oregon City programs. The chosen applicant will help oversee all aspects of the high school Color Guard/Flag Teamprogram.
