Job summary

Osseo Senior High School is seeking a color guard director for the 2026-2027 winter season. The successful candidate will teach guard technique and choreography, design a winter guard show for different experience levels, and build a strong community while competing in the North Star Circuit in Minnesota.

The director will work with the band director and boosters to secure silks and uniforms, coordinate fundraisers, and handle administrative duties for the winter program.

Job Description

Osseo Senior High School is currently seeking a color guard director for the 2026-2027 winter season. We are seeking a candidate who loves to work with kids and has experience teaching guard technique, teaching choreography to various levels of experience, and designing a winter guard show that will compete in the North Star Circuit in Minnesota. The OSH guard is a growing guard with young talent that is looking for someone to build a strong community and help students grow in skills on both flag and rifle. Our guard director will be supported by the band director who will work closely with the winter guard program to provide booster support to buy silks and uniforms, as well as help coordinate a successful fundraiser and coordinate the administrative side of the winter program.

Job Summary: To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning as a Color Guard Director.
