Job summary

Qualifications

• One year retail or other sales experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist preferred in US/Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores.
• Willing to travel to shows or meetings at least 3x/year.
• Strong business sense and ability to read sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice.
• Communicate with teams about calls, visits, orders, and progress.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising and store displays.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques.
• Ensure store opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG culture and ethics.
