Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist to drive color-related sales and education across our network. You’ll build loyalty, educate clients, and provide color and curl consultations to salons, barbers, spas, schools and licensed cosmetologists.

You will work to ensure excellent customer service, maintain brand standards, and stay ahead of trends while collaborating with vendors and store teams. Growth opportunities and product discounts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience is required.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store/market.

Responsibilities

• Determine color and curl-related needs and advise on products and methods.
• Communicate with team regarding calls, orders, and status of sales progress.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain color and curl merchandising and store display standards.
