CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge to drive the color & curl business through expert color consultations, product education, and strong customer service. The role supports in-store and virtual education, with opportunities to travel for shows and events as needed.

The position emphasizes delivering outstanding customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and leveraging market insights to grow brand awareness and market share. Training and certification are provided.

Qualifications

• One year retail or sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist preferred in US/Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores/markets.
• Willingness to travel to shows/meetings at least 3 times a year.
• Strong business and sales reporting interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional recommendations.
• Communicate with stores, customers, and vendors about orders and status.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely, appropriate manner.
• Maintain color & curl merchandising, signage, and displays per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to market conditions.
• Support opening/closing procedures; occasional cash handling.
