CosmoProf Beauty seeks a Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist to drive color-focused sales, educate customers and pros, and uphold our brand standards in store environments.

The role emphasizes color consultations, product education, merchandising, and vendor collaboration. Candidates should have retail experience, cosmetology licensing preferred in the US/Canada, and be willing to travel a few times per year.

Qualifications

• One year retail or sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store and market.
• Travel to shows and/or sales meetings at least 3 times a year.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read, interpret, and action on sales reporting.
• Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of POS applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, ipads, mobile devices and social media platforms.
• Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility for extra hours.
• May be required to work in other stores and in field.
• Strong time management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Professional image and strong communication skills.
• Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Determine customer color and care needs and offer professional advice to meet client expectations.
• Communicate with team regarding calls, visits, orders, and sales progress.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain high standard of color and curl merchandising, store signage, and display techniques per brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and adapt sales techniques to market conditions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and occasional cash handling.
• Uphold CosmoProf/BSG culture values and company ethics.
